Label Ibs classical to release latest José Luis Estellés’s recording, Fin du Temps

José Luis Estellés has recorded the 20th century’s masterpiece for this instrumental combination, the “Quartet for the End of Time” by Olivier Messiaen, in musical partnership with Aitzol Iturriagagoitia (violin), David Apellániz (cello) and Alberto Rosado (piano). Together with the Quatuor, this CD includes iconic Quatrain II by Toru Takemitsu.
The release of this CD is scheduled for June 2020, and its appearance on digital platforms in July 2020. The recording was made in late August 2019 at the Manuel de Falla Auditorium in Granada by music producer Paco Moya, and the booklet includes program notes in French, Spanish and English written by Yvan Nommick.
